I do not understand why so many cases are not solved. I am a researcher, primarily for missing children. My phone hardly rings because so many people think the police are doing their jobs. Unfortunately, police hands are tied behind their backs and they can not do the things we would like them to do. Also, they do not have the training like they used to have when the police officers did many things at one time. Now there are so many officers that there are not enough duties for all of them. Do you know in Oklahoma we have 3 times the police force that the major cities and states have working(LA, NY, etc? And yet, we claim that we do not have enough officers and security personel? I do not understand our excuses except that we do not train our officers to do their job. I do believe that our force is starting to get better. But we have a ways to go![br][br]
My prayers are with the Clark family.
